RATES: PAYMENT DUE PRIOR TO TRAINING. CLASSES ARE ON GOING, 2/WEEK. SELECT WHICH POTENTIAL SUITS YOUR SCHEDULE, GOALS, BUDGET: RENEW AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE.
ONE MONTH FOCUS — $105. Yes, you can learn learn to protect yourself in one month!
FOUR MONTH FOCUS — $385. Learn flow and efficiency with strikes, breaks, throws; injury dynamics.
ONE YEAR FOCUS — $990. Deepen your confidence: multiple attackers; simultaneous injury (striking); hard wire your attacks.
PRIVATE TRAINING — $75/HR OR $135 for 2 hour blocks
GROUP SEMINARS — $450 MINIMUM @ $65/PP: 3 HOUR BLOCKS: IDEAL FOR FRIENDS, LOVED ONES, COLLEAGUES

PLEASE NOTE. You can participate in none, some, or all of the fitness training. It is a vigorous workout with considerable variety. We direct gross motor, plyometric, and buddy drills at the key muscle groups delivering your attacks. Equipment: The great outdoors; gravity; bags; kettle bell; stairs; heavy rope; jump rope; dumb bells; med ball, especially gravity……….
