PRIVATE TRAINING — $75/HR OR $135 for 2 hour blocks

PLEASE NOTE. You can participate in none, some, or all of the fitness training. It is a vigorous workout with considerable variety. We direct gross motor, plyometric, and buddy drills at the key muscle groups delivering your attacks.
