Self Defense: 6:30 pm –  7:30 pm; BEGINNING STUDENTS, WITH INSTRUCTOR (DR. HOWELL);

ADVANCED STUDENTS  MAT TIME – (ADVANCED STUDENT GUIDED)

 

SATURDAY MORNING,   ALL STUDENTS

Cardio-core: 10:30 am – 11:00 am

Self Defense: 11:00 am – 12:00 am;  ALL STUDENTS; WITH DR. HOWELL

Special WEDNESDAY  or Saturday Seminars…. to be announced, by email, text, etc.

PLEASE NOTE. You can participate in none, some, or all of the fitness training. It is a vigorous workout with considerable variety. We direct gross motor, plyometric, and buddy drills at the key muscle groups delivering your attacks. Equipment: The great outdoors; gravity; bags; kettle bell; stairs; heavy rope; jump rope; dumb bells; med ball; Swiss ball, especially gravity……….
